• Question: Do you think it is right to bring back extinct animals such as the dodo using DNA found in their fossils, and if this was to go ahead, approximately how long would it take until scientists are able to bring back these extinct animals?

      I’m not too sure about this, perhaps we should given that we were responsible for its extinction, but then maybe we should be spending the time and money on saving the endangered species that are still alive, what do you think?
      If we did do it I think it would take a very long time because we would have to choose a close relative of the dodo that was still alive and use that to produce the first mixed species offspring and then use selective breeding over several generations until they were once again a pure seperate species…or at least I think that is how it would work.
