It depends, an ordinary week for me would be about 40 hours (9-5), but a busy week (e.g. writing papers, experiments that go wrong… etc) might be 60 hours or more.

About 37.5 to 40 hours usually, but I sometimes do some work at home so that I can get my part time PhD fininshed on time.
