• Question: what ideas have you made up to make a boring science lesson on a friday afternoon to become not boring also were you bored in school during science or did you just click as soon as you were taught

      I think science is best understood when it is as hands on as possible – although I realise the funding in schools can’t allow this every friday afternoon. Doing experiments, going on field trips, making models (chemical structures), studying a skeleton? I would do as much of this as possible. Some areas of science have just clicked for me and it is so much easier if you find it interesting in the first place. I have always struggled with physics and have only found some areas of chemistry to click in the last few years. Biology has always been an interesting subject area for me and this has made me want to study it and therefore helped me to understand it in more depth
