      There is no drug that is not harmful it all depends on how much is taken. Side effects can be different aswell depending on the person. If you count caffeine as a drug, as it is taken by millions each day to help promote wakefullness, then this would probably be one of the least harmful. Caffeine in larger doses causes seizures though.
