Question: What kind of science projects would you start with the money?

Hello, I have had a few ideas of projects that I would like to try in order to help explain how parts of the brain work or how drugs act at receptors to cause their effects. I would like to start by getting a model brain that can be taken apart to show the different areas (I would buy this rather than make it myself). The area of the brain that I focus on is called the hippocampus and it is important in helping to make and store memories so I would like to get the school pupils to help make a collage of this area of the brain, adding representative brain cells to show where they communicate in the brain (using crafting materials). I would also like to make some models myself to illustrate how a drug would bind to a receptor to cause its effect (maybe out of wood or clay?). I havent made an exact list of everything as it all depends on winning in the first place.
